Book buy back is held year round during regular store hours

Cash buybacks without a sales receipt will receive store credit on a gift card

 The policy for returns is as follows:

A SALES RECEIPT IS REQUIRED FOR ALL RETURNS, BUYBACKS, AND EXCHANGES.

 

     Merchandise and packaging must be in clean, resalable condition for full refund (no marks and must have packaging intact). Software and/or pass codes included with course materials must be sealed as purchased.

     Credit cards must be present for return of credit card sales.  Returns of credit card and financial aid purchases will only be credited to accounts. 

1. All required and optional course materials purchased for Fall Quarter must be returned within 14 days of the first day of the quarter.  (September 9) Books become available August 10, 2009.

2. Returns for dropped classes will be accepted within 30 days of the first day of class with a drop/add slip.

3. Course materials purchased any other time must be returned within 7 days of purchase.

4. All required and optional course materials purchased for mini-term classes must be returned within 7 days of the first day of classes with a drop/add slip.

5. Video tapes, audio tapes, CDs, DVDs, and software are not returnable if opened.

6. All non-course merchandise must be returned within 14 days of purchase.

7. RTA bus passes are not returnable.

8. Defective merchandise will be replaced or repaired per Manufacturers Warranty.

9. A restocking fee of 15% will be charged on opened electronic merchandise.

 

Please save your receipt.

It must accompany all returns, exchanges, and cash buy backs.

The Sinclair Bookstore is located on the 1st floor of Bldg 7.
